Mohave County is one of the two largest and fastest growing counties in the Western United States. Beautiful Grand Canyon is located here. Dolan Springs is the home of the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Lake Mead National Recreation park.
There are five climate zones in Arizona and Mohave County is the only county in the state that has all five of these climate zones. Annual rainfall is approximately 10 inches, and mostly in the mountains.
There is only approximately 17% of public land in the State, with 55% Bureau of Land Management. About 7% is Indian Reservations. Mohave County has wonderful water resources. Lake Mead, Lake Havasu, Colorado river, Lake Mohave, great boating and fishing. The county has an abundance of Drinking water.
